Many clients undertake their website maintenance utilising a Content Management System (CMS), however, some clients have neither the time nor the resource for internal website maintenance. Consequently, AJOnline provide such clients with website maintenance agreement. Our website maintenance agreement allow clients to request updates to their website at any time. This may include simple text changes, graphic design or adding additional complex functionality or tools to their websites. These website maintenace agreements allow clients to reserve a number of hours to be used across the year and as they are pre-reserving this time, AJOnline is able to provide resource at a reduced rate. What is covered under a website maintenance agreement? Quite simply - any area you require. It does not matter whether you need to add a news item, change your contact details or add a completely new area to your website, any update or change to your site will be covered by your maintenance contract. Website maintenance contract services. Your contract will cover the following area of AJonline's services:
How and when can I request updates to my site? Any how - Any time. You can request updates to your site, by email, telephone, post, SMS, fax or courier pigeon if you prefer and it does not matter when you request them. We don’t do updates monthly or quarterly, we do them when you need them. How Much Will It Cost? Your choice of; 12 months @ $195 (AU), 24 months @ $360 or 36 months @ $450, and a reduced hourly rate for your changes. Customers who do not have a maintenance agreement with AJOnline will be charged $95 for the 1st hour or part thereof, then $25 every 15 Minutes thereafter. Each time you advise that you require changes on your site, we will send you an invoice upon completion. The invoice will contain the updates we have undertaken and the time each update took. In addition to the your maintenance, you may also request additional reporting such as search engine positioning, site use statistics etc.. How fast will updates be done? We undertake to complete updates to your website within the following timeframes or sooner: CATEGORY 1 UPDATES CATEGORY 2 UPDATES CATEGORY 3 UPDATES If you have an extremely urgent update, please talk to us as we can usually accommodate your requirement, even if this means an update within minutes If for any reason any update is likely to take longer than the time specified above, we shall notify you. Upon completion of your website we will do an immediate backup of your website. Once a month for the duration of your Maintenance Agreement we will Backup your site. If you have an existing logo that you wish to use, please submit this with your preference of colour and a choice of templates will be submitted to you. If you wish your logo to be designed then you most definitely need to give clear instructions of your colour preference. Remember, this is your site, it is YOUR choice! |
