You Need To Provide:

Content in electronic format.
Submit the information (text and pictures) you wish to appear on your website in electronic format.  For instance, a word document with page titles and subsequent paragraphs, detailing the information relevant to your company and the services you provide. You may also include full names, addresses and contact details, such as phone numbers and any existing email addresses you may have. The content will be uploaded as per your submission.

Your logo.
If you don't have a company logo one can be designed for you. Any pictures you submit need to be clear and, if electronic, should be in jpg or png format.

Links.
If you require links to other websites on your site, you need to provide the url and a brief description of the site. 

Banners (if required)
Banners are advertisements which include a link to another web site.  A banner can be designed for you with appropriate logos. 

Components and modules.
These include any particular needs for your site relevant to your business. For instance, photo gallery's, online shops, maps etc.,
